American Heart Association BLS for Provider is geared towards prehospital providers, like EMTs, paramedics, firefighters, and in-facility hospital providers. However, anyone can take BLS. This course teaches high-quality CPR, AED use, and how to manage choking emergencies for all ages. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years. This is a Hybrid course and students receive the same AHA BLS certification regardless of completing a traditional or a hybrid course.
Steps to become certified:
Step 1: Book your hands-on skills session with an Instructor. (Cost $50.00) Don’t forget to add the class to your calendar!
Step 2: Complete the American Heart Association Heartcode BLS online course. This online course can be completed at your convenience before your skills session. You will be redirected after booking your session to the AHA website, where you can register, or you can click here. (Sold separately $37.00) Important: Please email me your online certificate or bring your printed online certificate to be admitted to your skills session. (Notice: If you do not need a BLS certification card, you can skip the online HeartCode BLS training and just come in for the hands-on skills training).
Step 3: Complete your hands-on skills session and become certified! E-cards are emailed within 24 hours after completing your skills session.
Please read Terms and Conditions before booking a session.
I look forward to seeing you in your upcoming class!
Thank You
