This is a free four-hour class for Rowing Crews.
You will learn:
- Stop the Bleed
- AHA Hands-Only CPR/AED
- Choking
- Basic first aid for boaters
- Head injuries
- Snake bites
- Insect bites encountered during boating
- And more!
Prerequisites: An understanding of rowing and kayaking, as many issues will be addressed in relation to this sport.
