An introduction to outdoor first aid for common emergencies like bleeding, sprains, fractures, animal bites, nausea and diarrhea, heat illness and frostbite plus survival basics including
Short self-paced online video class plus in-person instruction on how to respond to common outdoor first aid emergencies.

Linda Botens is a certified NYS EMT for over 20 years, a training officer for EMS, a NYS PECC Coordinator, a CME Coordinator, an EMS Charts Administrator, a certified AHA CPR/AED/First Aid, an ACS and DOD Stop the Bleed instructor, an instructor for the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary for first aid and boat safety, and now a Survival Med Hybrid Wilderness First Aid Instructor.
