Steven is a licensed EMT and ER nurse. Steven has experience in search and rescue, leading rapid extraction teams in wildland fires throughout the USA. Steven holds a master’s in outdoor adventure and expedition leadership, which has helped to guide students on multiple mountains in the PNW and the Balkans. Steven has worked as a climbing, mountaineering, hiking, and rafting guide, and as a photography instructor for NatGeo.
